This is a dedicated 120cm Octa Softbox for the MG1200Bi and MG2400Bi bi-colour LED light from Godox. It’s directly compatible with the new proprietary G mount that Godox uses on the MG1200Bi and MG2400Bi light. Allows you to control the direction of the light beam and simultaneously soften the light projected by the lamp.
The Godox Knowled GO4 120 cm G-Mount Octa features a highly reflective silver interior, enabling it to produce a soft, flattering quality of light. Its octagonal produces soft wrap-around lighting, as well as producing more natural-looking round catchlights. It can also be used to emulate window lighting. Featuring removable inner and outer diffusers enables you to control the brightness of the light for added versatility.
Built-in and removable proprietary Godox G-mount speed ring
The GO4 Softbox uses the new Godox G-Mount, which provides a larger, and more robust connection compared to the standard Bowens S-Type mount. It also features electronic contacts, which lets the light know what modifier is being connected to it. This enables the light to intelligently compensate for any slight colour shifts caused by the modifier, for consistent lighting no matter what modifier is being used.
